Important Information to Note
All cans must be placed by the street the night before your service day. Please report missed pickups within 48 hours of missed service.

Outlying Charleston and Dorchester County Customers
- Please have your cans out the night before your service day to avoid any service issues. We purchased all of the cans from Front Door Trash Services, LLC, so we will continue using what you have.

Holiday Schedule
If your service day follows a holiday during the week, your trash will be picked up with a one day delay from your regularly scheduled day.
New Year’s Day – January 1st
Memorial Day – Last Monday in May
Independence Day – July 4th
Labor Day – 1st Monday in September
Thanksgiving Day – 4th Thursday in November
Christmas Day – December 25th
How Should My Cart be Placed?
Carts should be placed with the handles facing toward your residence and should have no overhead obstructions. Your cart should be at least 3 feet away from surrounding objects.
